Our company was originally incorporated as Neptune Studios Private Limited in June 1946. Subsequently in November 1956 the company's name was changed to Sathya Studios Private Limited. 

The company's primary business was letting out its movie production facilities to producers of motion pictures. The company is situated in the heart of the city of chennai in the banks of the Adyar River.

The property once belonged to the Nawab of the Carnatic and was named as "Amir Bhag" and was the border of the Madras city. The promoters of Neptune Studios acquired the property in the early 1940's and established the movie production studio. 

The company which is primarily engaged in cultural and educational activities.
